Authorities have released a significant update in the ongoing homicide investigation into the death of Dane Nisbet, confirming that an arrest warrant is being sought for a second suspect believed to be involved in the case. The development comes as police continue their efforts to bring all individuals responsible to justice.

Investigators have identified the primary suspect as 24-year-old Kyaw “Chin” Doe of Boullee Street in London, Ontario. According to police, Doe was already under a court order at the time of the incident that prohibited him from possessing firearms. Despite this restriction, he is now facing multiple serious charges, including second-degree murder, two counts of attempted murder, and possession of a firearm while prohibited.

Police allege that Doe fled shortly after the incident and has since gone into hiding. Investigators believe he may be receiving assistance from individuals connected to criminal networks in both western and northern Ontario. As a result, authorities have expanded their search efforts beyond the immediate area, emphasizing that the suspect is not believed to currently be in Sarnia.

Law enforcement has issued a strong warning to the public, stating that Doe should be considered armed and dangerous. Residents are urged not to approach him under any circumstances. Instead, anyone who sees him or has information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact emergency services immediately by calling 9-1-1.

This update follows earlier developments in the case, including the arrest of one individual, while another remains at large. The investigation remains active, with detectives continuing to gather evidence and pursue leads.

Officials have reiterated the importance of community cooperation in resolving the case. As the search continues, authorities are committed to ensuring public safety while working to secure the arrest of the outstanding suspect in connection with the homicide of Dane Nisbet.
